PUPPYBLVD GUARANTEE
The puppy you have selected is warranted by us to the ORIGINAL purchaser only. Should you decide to re-home or sell the puppy, the warranty is void. We warranty the puppy free from Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, & Corona Virus.
FIRST YEAR WARRANTY: Complete an initial vet check within 15 days of ownership and notify us immediately @ (347-644-0045) if any issue is detected. Should an issue arise and we are notified prior to treatment/payment, we will cover the reasonable treatment in the first 15 days for anything clinical. We can not and will not pay retroactively for vet bills where we had no part in the decision making of treatment or testing. We must be consulted prior to payment.
Although genetic issues are rare, for irreversible issues you may:
1)Return the dog to the pet dealer for a refund of the purchase price, plus sales tax.
(2)Exchange the diagnosed puppy for a pup of the purchaser’s choice of equivalent value (providing a replacement dog is available.)
(3)Retain the dog, and reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees for treating the dog in an amount not to exceed 100% of the original purchase price of the dog, plus sales tax.
WE DO NOT COVER:

Inguinal Hernias or Retained Testicles. These can be corrected when your puppy gets spayed or neutered. A procedure for either of these could put too much stress on you puppy at a young age.

Common parasites including; Coccidia, Giardia, Common worms, or bacteria infections like stomach bacteria and respiratory. The common conditions above can be simply treated with antibiotics and should never lead to a puppy’s cause of death.
In some cases we may require a 2nd (or 3rd) professional’s opinion. Our goal isn’t to replace your Veterinarian. Keep in mind–we want the very best for your puppy– but, this isn’t necessarily always the service with the highest price tag, or the Veterinarian closest to you.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE: YEARS 2-10
Lifetime is defined as a period of ten years from the date of birth.
In the event your puppy dies due to a genetic condition after the first year of birth, we will issue a credit in the amount of 50% of the original purchase price (up to $1000) towards the purchase of a replacement puppy of equivalent value. Please take note—we would never begin to believe your puppy is replaceable –however, we do believe the pain can be lessened should you decide to move in that direction. The cause of death will need to be certified by a NY licensed veterinarian. Offer must be used within 1 year. Records of regular checkups, puppy maintenance and all recommended immunizations may be required. This warranty does not cover vet costs incurred past your puppy’s first birthday or costs incurred by an unapproved Veterinarian in 1st year.
BREEDING RIGHTS: If you plan to breed your pet in the future please contact Kendra BEFORE purchasing (or leaving deposit) for approval. In most all cases, we require a upfront fee ($500 for regular breeds, $1000 for specialized breeds) for you to further the lineage. We cannot refund a purchase/deposit if you fail to ask for breeding rights prior to a purchase/hold.
SUDDEN DEATH: In the very rare cases of sudden death where cause cannot be determined by a licensed NY Veterinarian and/or the customer cannot pay for such diagnostic testing, we will let you choose another puppy from our website up to 50% of previous puppy purchase price.
**WE WILL NOT ACCEPT WARRANTY CLAIMS FROM BANFIELD PET HOSPITALS (BANFIELD IS ASSOCIATED WITH PETSMART PET SUPPLIES) OR VCA PET HOSPITALS. WE MADE THIS DECISION BECAUSE BOTH CLINICS HAVE DRASTICALLY OVERCHARGED OUR PAST CLIENTS FOR ROUTINE ITEMS AS WELL AS TAKE UNNECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IN ORDER TO DRIVE ADDITIONAL INCOME FOR THE CLINIC. ALL OTHER PET HOSPITALS ARE ACCEPTED.**
PUPPYBLVD does not pay for trauma-induced vet bills or emergency situations.
